Somalia remains highly still divided & strafed by both invasion & Al-Shabaab. Nonetheless, UN is expressing confidence that transitional period is about to transform into work of a Constituent Assembly just agreed upon. Signatories to Roadmap for the End of Transition in Somalia agreed elders will select delegates to the National Constituent Assembly (NCA) no later than 20 June. –More–
